Address and resolve all types of wash-related issues for denim and non-denim products.
Ensure timely and effective solutions to maintain product quality and compliance.
Follow up on sample development to address wash-related issues and ensure alignment with product specifications.
Oversee production activities at washing plants to ensure adherence to wash specifications and quality standards.
Monitor and address any issues that arise during bulk production.
Troubleshoot and resolve problems that occur during bulk washing processes.
Implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Develop and implement new washing techniques to achieve optimal product quality at minimal cost.
Continuously innovate and improve washing processes.
Collaborate with the Quality and Merchandising teams to ensure product standards are met.
Identify and address causes of washing defects.
Ensure adherence to brand SOPs to minimize defects and maintain high-quality standards.
