Responsibilities & Context
We are seeking a motivated individual with a passion for web development to join our team as a Web Development Trainee. In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow under the guidance of experienced developers while contributing to the development and maintenance. This position is ideal for candidates who are eager to kick-start their career in web development and gain practical experience in a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior developers to assist in the design, development, and implementation of web-based applications and websites.
- Learn to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies.
- Gain hands-on experience with front-end and back-end development frameworks such as React.js, Angular, Node.js, etc.
- Assist in troubleshooting and debugging issues reported by users or identified during testing phases.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality and adherence to coding standards.
- Learn to integrate third-party APIs and services to enhance functionality and user experience.
- Handling WordPress website, integration of plugins such as WooCommerce, and performing routine maintenance of our site.
- Work closely with design teams to ensure that web applications and websites are visually appealing and user-friendly.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in web development and actively seek opportunities to expand your skillset.
