Additional Requirements

Assist with the company’s social media sites
Work with customers to understand their concerns
Daily monitoring of website services and applications
Triaging any technical issues found then escalate as necessary
Daily communication with a distributed technical operations team and developers
Programming of automation tools to monitor systems and respond to problems
Responding to alerts during on-call rotation times
Respond to incoming phone and email support, logging issues in CRM package to manage work flow and for future knowledge base, escalating issues to the next level when appropriate
Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency
Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
Also he needs to maintain website and upload products in it regularly and also same for Facebook shop and Instagram marketplace and sync them
