FRONTEND

Frontend and Backend Expert:
Develop and maintain the user-facing part of websites and applications.
Translate UI/UX designs into interactive, responsive web pages.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and other backend services.
Stay updated with the latest frontend technologies and trends. Skills and Qualifications: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and Java Script. Experience with JavaScript frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
Strong understanding of responsive design principles. Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
Knowledge of tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
An eye for detail and a strong sense of design aesthetics.

BACKEND Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain the server-side logic, databases, and APIs for web applications.
Design and optimize databases to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.
Implement security and data protection measures.
Integrate frontend elements with server-side logic.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Stay updated with backend development technologies and best practices.
Skills and Qualifications: Proficiency in server-side programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, PHP, Ruby, Node.js).
Strong understanding of database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.
Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) and server management.
Knowledge of security practices in web development.
Understanding of version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines. Problem-solving skills and ability to work on complex architectures.
