Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues efficiently

Preferred Skills:

Experience with WooCommerce and eCommerce websites
Understanding of website security measures and backup protocols
Experience in basic PHP and JavaScript development

Responsibilities & Context

We are seeking a skilled Website Maintenance Executive (WordPress) to join our team in Dhaka to maintain and enhance the functionality of our WordPress websites.

Job Responsibilities:

Regularly update, manage, and maintain WordPress websites
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to website performance, security, and user experience
Update plugins, themes, and the WordPress core
Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and responsiveness
Perform regular backups and implement security protocols
Work closely with design and content teams to upload and format content
Analyze website performance and traffic, implementing improvements based on analytics
