Responsibilities & Context

Recognized as an export-focused textile and apparel producer, Interstoff is based in Bangladesh. This 2002-founded industry manufactures knitted, colored, printed, embroidered, and stitched composite fabrics. To support us in strengthening this role, we are seeking a motivated, focused, ambitious, and industrious worker.

  • Maintaining the workers and industrial officials in a cooperative relationship and, if needed, to set up talks between the two sides.
  • Pregnancy and new moms need particular attention, safety evaluations, and training to ensure their health and well-being.
  • Establishing productive communication networks between workers and management employees.
  • Hosting PC, Safety Committee, and other relevant committee meetings, as well as maintaining records.
  • To pay attention to various facilities for the welfare of the workers such as: canteen, rest room, children’s center, provision of adequate toilets and washrooms, drinking water etc.
  • Setting up different professional training and orientation programs on subjects like labor laws and health and safety regulations for every type of employees and workers.
  • Helping the industrial management by researching and comprehending the workers’ perspective.
  • Ensuring a range of health and safety requirements through first-aid appliances, a safety committee, etc. for the creation of better working conditions across the manufacturing site in compliance with the law and the customers’ code of conduct.
  • Performing internal evaluations and investigations in addition to providing support in a variety of disciplinary and grievance handling situations.
  • Recommendations of suitable solution and actions to be implemented.
  • Any other task assign by the management.
