Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Resource Management, or a related field.

Experience

  • At least 3 years

    Garments, Buying House, Group of Companies

Additional Requirements

  • Age 25 to 35 years
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the garments or manufacturing sector.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and discretion.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with Bangladeshi labour laws, EPZ regulations, and international labour standards.- Language: Proficiency in Bengali and English.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Employee Welfare: Monitor and improve the welfare of employees by addressing their needs and concerns, including health, safety, and working conditions.
  • Grievance Handling: Manage and resolve employee grievances effectively and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Counseling and Support: Provide counseling services to employees on personal or work-related issues, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Compliance: Ensure that the factory complies with local labour laws, EPZ regulations, and international standards related to employee welfare.
  • Training and Awareness: Organize and conduct training programs on workplace safety, employee rights, and welfare

  • Health and Safety: Collaborate with the HR and Compliance teams to ensure workplace safety measures are implemented and maintained.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of welfare activities, incidents, and resolutions, and prepare reports for management and regulatory bodies.
  • Employee Engagement: Develop and implement programs to boost employee morale and engagement, such as recreational activities, health camps, and awareness campaigns.
