Additional Requirements

Conduct Induction/Orientation program of new join workers.
Conduct counselling of Absentee/late/lunch-out/non discipline workers as referred by HR section, in view to reduce absenteeism, turn-over & discipline.
Conduct counselling of the workers who seem inefficient and efficient workers are lagging behind efficiency as referred by the factory’s Line Management.
Ensure all over welfare activities as per Bangladesh Labor Law-2006 and Labor Rules 2015 & 2022.
Prepared for any kind of compliance audit as per buyer COC & standard.
Establish effective both way flow of communication between management and workers and hold consultations with a view to maintain harmonious relations between the management and workers.
Take care of workers, special care of pregnant & injured workers. Counseling and follow up pregnant workers.
Ensuring Maternity benefits as per Labor Law. Update to management all compliance reports in regular interval etc.
Organize welfare committee meetings, WPC, and Grievance meetings, preparing minutes and circulating.
