Additional Requirements

Monitor floor-level welfare issues and ensure proper implementation.
Carry out floor visit (daily) to check housekeeping and compliance issues;
Communicate company rules, regulations, and benefits to workers.
Handle worker grievances and maintain effective communication.
Collect grievance of workers & bring it to the knowledge of management.
Take care of workers, special care of pregnant & injured workers.
Make workers aware of Health, Hygiene and Safety issues.
Conduct regular absent counseling with absent workers.
Verify new worker ages and maintain related documentation.
Organize orientation sessions for newly joined workers.
Monitor dining areas during lunch time.
Organize different committee meetings, preparing minutes and circulating.
Oversee daycare center operations and collect maternity worker data.
Analyze worker migration trends and maintain donor lists.
Maintain a positive congenial work environment in the factory through effective communication, progressive discipline, employee welfare & support, grievance handling & effective OHS Management.
Any other duties, as assigned by the management
