Responsibilities & Context
Counsel employees regarding lateness, absenteeism, grievances, PPE compliance, and disciplinary matters, and coordinate the initiation of disciplinary actions when required.
Maintain accurate records and registers for maternity leave (MLV), employee grievances, absenteeism counseling, and late counseling.
Communicate company policy updates and employee welfare-related information effectively.
Monitor and promote a safe, healthy, and compliant work environment by organizing health camps, awareness programs, and employee wellness initiatives.
Maintain comprehensive records of welfare activities, workplace incidents, and employee complaints, and prepare regular reports with recommendations for continuous improvement.
