Additional Requirements

Ensure compliance with all employee welfare provisions outlined in the Bangladesh Labor Law 2006.
Develop, implement, and monitor welfare programs that support the physical, emotional, and financial well-being of employees.
Act as a point of contact for employees seeking advice or assistance with welfare-related matters.
Organize and conduct regular welfare activities, health and safety programs, and awareness sessions.
Collaborate with management to address and resolve any welfare issues or concerns.
Maintain accurate records of welfare activities, employee grievances, and resolutions.
Conduct workplace inspections to ensure a safe and healthy working environment.
Prepare reports and documentation related to employee welfare for management review.
Develop and implement innovative employee wellness programs and initiatives.
To advise and brief workers on using PPE, machine guard, sanitation, fire safety, etc.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of wellness programs, making adjustments as needed.
