Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management, Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Human Resource Management

Experience

  • At least 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Garments, Textile, Garments Accessories, Spinning, Dyeing Factory

Additional Requirements

  • Age 25 to 35 years

The ideal candidate must have adequate knowledge of labor law, and industrial relations, and the ability to handle grievance management.

Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, is required.

Typing speed of at least 35wpm in English and 25wpm in Bangla using the Bijoy Bangla Keyboard is essential.

Strong communication skills in verbal, written, and email correspondence are also necessary.

Responsibilities & Context

*Hosting PC, Safety Committee, and other relevant committee meetings and maintaining records.

*Take care of washroom, canteen, childcare, water supply, restroom, and maintain a register.

*Helping all workers with leave and maintaining a register.

*Training all employees and maintaining a register.

*Work to develop a worker-owner relationship and good communication.

*Work to get types of employees right properly.

*Work to ensure good health and a safe environment in the workplace.

*Ensure childcare in the facility, and lead day-care personnel.

*To provide them guidance/assistance in availing medical services, Housing, Education, Canteen facilities, and legal aid.

*Ensure all welfare activities as per Bangladesh Labor Law-2006 and Labor Rules 2015.

*To look after providing amenities such as dining, adequate toilet facility, drinking water, etc.

*To advise and brief workers on the use of PPE, machine guard, sanitation, fire safety, etc.

*Involve in the manpower recruitment process and take new employees’ orientation.

*Ensure all necessary benefits for getting all workers properly.

*Ensure salary gets the on-time and correct amount.

*Ensure no physical or sexual abuse in the workplace.

*Disciplinary Action.

*Ensure all employee’s rights as per labor law.
