Responsibilities & Context

Responsibilities:

Link building Strategy: Develop, plan, and execute white-hat link building campaigns to improve long-term search rankings and domain authority.

Backlink Research & Outreach: Identify relevant, high-quality websites and platforms for link opportunities, and conduct professional outreach to webmasters, bloggers, and influencers.

Quality Assurance: Evaluate existing backlinks for quality, relevance, and authority; identify and address low-quality links through removal or disavowal.

Content Collaboration: Work closely with the content team to produce top-notch materials that naturally attract valuable, editorially given backlinks.

Monitoring & Reporting: Regularly track link profiles and provide progress reports, insights, and recommendations to internal teams and clients.

Requirements:

Experience: Proven track record of strategic, organic link building success using white-hat SEO methods.

Tool Proficiency: Strong knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Google Search Console) for link analysis and research.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to conduct professional outreach efforts.

Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data, analyze KPIs, and measure the impact of Link building activities for ongoing optimization.

Self-Reliance & Teamwork: Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working independently, while also being a supportive and collaborative team member.

Working Hours: 10.30 AM – 7.30 PM (Sunday-Thursday) working hours and 45 minutes Lunch Break from 1.15 PM – 2 PM. Bangladesh standard time.
