Key responsibility:

Manufacturing Planning: Manufacturing resource planning, Enterprise resource planning, Process planning, Master production scheduling, Maintenance planning, Material planning, Capacity planning, Quality control planning

Shop floor planning & house keeping* Distribute yearly, monthly and daily target to production in charge ,section in charge, floor in charge
Supervision of daily production as per schedule set, identify production losses and take corrective and preventive action.
Supervise maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment
Conducting monthly general coordination meeting on safety, security, firefighting, accident and target goal analysis
Analysis machine layout & process to optimize production goal with minimum manpower
Analysis power consumption Production planning and target making to all subsection.
Overseeing the production process and drawing up a production schedule.
Ensuring that the production is cost effective, also updating and improving whenever and wherever possible.
Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed.
Making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality.
Calculating and ensuring the availability of human and material resources needed.
Estimating costs and setting the quality standards.
Monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control programs.
Maximize the factory’s performance, while minimizing any delays to ensure we meet deadlines
Complete production planning phase and ensure everything is according to the plan set
Supervise and handle all the job orders within the set time and operating budget
Handle all the production team including job orders, work standards, processes flow, inspection report
