Job Overview
Digital Pylot is looking for a skilled WordPress Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in developing, customizing, and maintaining WordPress websites. As a WordPress Developer, you will be responsible for creating dynamic and engaging websites and ensuring they are optimized for both performance and user experience.
Job Responsibilities

Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites based on business needs.

Implement and manage themes, plugins, and custom WordPress functionality.

Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.

Ensure websites are mobile-friendly and optimized for performance.

Integrate third-party APIs and services to enhance website functionality.

Perform website testing to ensure functionality, usability, and cross-browser compatibility.

Optimize websites for SEO, speed, and security.
-
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to WordPress themes, plugins, and server-side issues.

Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement design layouts and user experiences effectively.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in WordPress development, security, and optimization.

Provide ongoing support and maintenance for websites.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.

1-3 years of professional experience in WordPress development.

Strong experience with WordPress theme and plugin development.

Proficient in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL.

Knowledge of responsive web design principles.

Experience with page builders (e.g., Elementor, WPBakery, etc.).

Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools.

Experience with website performance optimization techniques.

Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve issues independently.

Ability to work in a collaborative environment and follow project timelines.

Familiarity with version control systems like Git is a plus.
Salary

25,000 – 50,000 BDT (Based on experience)
