Role Overview
We are hiring for two WordPress developer roles, but both roles may be handled by a single candidate with the right full-stack skills.
1. Design & Frontend Developer
- Focus: Building visually polished, responsive WordPress websites
- Work From: Figma mockups and pre-built WordPress themes
- Ideal for: Developers with strong UI/UX sensibilities and attention to detail
- Bonus: Experience with Elementor or other page builders
- Expected to: Customize themes, integrate plugins, work with CDN tools (e.g., Cloudflare)
2. Custom Development / Backend Developer
- Focus: Deep WordPress customization, plugin and theme development, ACF Pro, API integrations
- Ideal for: PHP/WordPress developers with experience building custom functionality and scalable systems
If you’re confident across both areas, you can take on a full-stack role covering the entire WordPress lifecycle.

Core Responsibilities (Applicable to Both Roles)
- Experience building high-quality WordPress websites
- Able to work from Figma mockups or customize existing WordPress themes
- Solid frontend skills: HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript
- Familiarity with Elementor or similar page builders is a strong plus
- Knowledge of WordPress theme structure, plugin usage/configuration
- Understanding of CDN tools, caching, and general site performance
- Responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
Bonus Skills (for Backend Role or Full-Stack Candidates)
- Strong PHP & MySQL experience
- Development of custom plugins and themes from scratch
- Advanced use of ACF Pro, CPTs, taxonomies
- Experience with REST API, custom admin pages
- Knowledge of Git, deployment workflows, security, and performance optimization
