Education

- B.Sc in IPE Engineering

- Day and night both shifting duty required;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Sound Knowledge in Computer operation;
- Good communication skills in both Bengali and English.
Responsibilities & Context
- Must be able to study Capacity in dry process and wet process in washing plant;
- Capable of making SMV in dry and wet process & set up shift wise target in every process;
- Assist in studying sample and find process breakdown and simplify process;
- Able to take new operators recruitment and skill test.Capable of making operator wise and machine wise target achieve report;
- Do the root cause analysis of major defect and find the way to reduce it, Operations scanning in every process;
- Have to monitor hourly and shift wise production;
- Able to provide Man & Machine projection for one/three months and critical process analysis if needed;
- Making Efficiency report and other reports as per Management requirement;
- Ensure process improvement along with chemical & Manpower saving;
- Assist in reducing Rework and Rewash in the plant;
- Brainstorming in developing new process for improvement;
- Implement IE tools & technique;
- Any other tasks assigned by the management.
