Responsibilities & Context

• Responsible for the overall management of workplace Fleet including (but not limited to) coaster buses and pickup trucks which includes vehicle availability, reliability, and sustainability.
• Coordinate the utilization, deployment, and scheduling of vehicle to support terminal operation. Monitor & record fleet performance including fuel consumption, vehicle usage, mileage; optimize the performance where opportunity arises.
• Provide training and support drivers in relation to compliance. Ensure driver & vehicle compliance with safety protocols, transportation & company regulations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for the internal employee pick-up and drop-off service, addressing employee queries and resolving any related issues.
• Support preventive maintenance schedules for vehicles and equipment; coordinate routine inspections, servicing, and repairs. Respond to fleet breakdowns and coordinate remedy implementation.
• Maintain effective communication with drivers, mechanics to ensure smooth operations. Liaise with internal stakeholders to properly retrieve fleet asset. Continuously monitor and identify productivity and cost control improvements where necessary.
• Responsible for Guest Coordination wherein manage guest transportation, accommodation. Coordinate with other departments to ensure guests’ needs are met and address inquiries. Maintain a high level of professionalism and hospitality in all guest interactions.
• Maintain necessary record keeping in relation to fleet & Guest services. Monitor necessary fleet inventory levels & facilitate replenishment initiatives of the department. Conduct audit to ensure full compliance and submit report on fleet & guest management when necessary.
