Responsibilities & Context
- Job Responsibilities & Context: Prepare the patient for X-ray examination properly and provide necessary instructions.
- Perform various types of X-ray examinations as per the doctor`s instructions.
- Ensure high quality and accurate diagnostic images.
- Ensure the safety of patients, colleagues and oneself by adhering to radiation safety policies.
- Proper use, care and maintenance of X-ray machines and related equipment.
- Maintain and update patient information and examination records.
- Provide necessary assistance to the radiologist in preparing reports.
- Provide services to emergency department, indoor and outdoor patients as needed.
- Follow hospital or diagnostic center policies and quality control processes.
