Responsibilities of the HR Manager
Employee Attendance and KPI Management:
Record the company employees’ daily attendance.
Collect, organize, and report employee KPI results.
Regularly report employee attendance and work performance to the General Manager.
Assist the company in establishing complete employee performance evaluation records
