Responsibilities & Context
Vendor management- maintenance and repair tasks to appropriate vendors based on their expertise and availability.
Ensure all tasks are completed within specified timeframes to prevent delays in property preservation.
Address and resolve any vendor & client issues or disputes promptly.
Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, vendor interactions, client communications, and property conditions.
Serve as clients’ primary point of contact, providing updates on property conditions and preservation activities.
Identify, vet, and onboard property preservation vendors, such as maintenance crews, landscapers, inspectors, and repair contractors.
