Education

Minimum bachelor’s degree is required with relevant educational background master’s degree is desirable

Candidates with a Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Commerce, BBA in Accounting/Finance, Bachelor of Nutrition, Master of Development Studies (MDS), Bachelor of Economics/Agriculture, Bachelor of Statistics, or a bachelor’s degree in management/social science are encouraged to apply.

Young Talent Development Programme Duration: 6 – 12 Months After successful completion of Internship Period and Excellent Job Performance, Young Professionals (YP) will be given chance to apply through a competitive process, if there is any relevant vacancy under relevant Department. The Young Professionals will be located anywhere in Bangladesh under the sectors of – Finance, Community Engagement & Sponsorship Program (CESP), Livelihood, Health, Nutrition & WASH, Program Quality (PQ), Advocacy & Campaign. The Young Professionals are expected to have relevant Educational Background with minimum knowledge of Development Sector Work Level. It’s expected that the Young Professionals (YP) will be able to have hands on experience with the specific areas as per sector of that are outlined, and as such the Young Professionals (YP) will submit a comprehensive report of his/her learning experience. Applying the principal that 70% is on job training, 20% is the Mentoring & Coaching that s/he shall receive from all the players in the team and 10% is the Formal Training that s/he shall receive to support in learning journey.

Additional Requirements:

Good presentation and communication skills in both – English & Bangla MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote Good Team-Player, Multi-tasking, Time Management Understand World Vision operation at program level. Understand the vision, mission of World Vision. Understand the Humanitarian industry. Work in a sound environment and be able to adjust to a changed environment or situation where this person may find the environment busy, noisy.
