The Role

The Young Professional will be an active part of the Programme, engaging in structured tasks that allow them to learn, grow, and contribute to the program. This role offers hands-on experience in programme support, coordination, and youth engagement, to strengthen their professional skills while contributing to the program’s success.

Areas of Growth

• This role provides an excellent opportunity for Young Professionals to develop practical skills in project management, communication, data collection, and teamwork, while also gaining exposure to program design and implementation in the field of youth employment and entrepreneurship. They will gain:
• Event coordination experience: From supporting logistics to interacting with participants.
• Data collection and analysis skills: Basic data gathering techniques and reporting.
• Communication skills: Writing for social media, reports, and engaging with stakeholders.
• Professional development: Mentorship, training, and bi-monthly reviews to track progress.
