Requirements
Education
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
IEB Membership number is mandatory.
Previous working experience of handling RSC, Nirapon and Elevate etc.
Sound knowledge on preparing BOQ, material estimating and construction site supervision.
Experience
3 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments
Additional Requirements
Proficiency in AutoCAD and basic structural analysis tools and Good communication and contractor management skills. Knowledge in handling ETABS will be preferable. Familiar with safety standards and construction codes
Work under pressure / Stress management
Computer Knowledge in Office Management, will be given preference.
Responsibilities & Context
Supervise solar rooftop repair, maintenance, and structural works
Conduct structural assessment of rooftops and supporting structures
Ensure safety and stability of mounting structures for solar panels
Coordinate with contractors for civil and steel structure works
Monitor quality control and compliance with design specifications
Prepare site reports, progress updates, and documentation
Support new solar installation projects from structural perspective
Support ongoing and upcoming solar installations from a civil/structural perspective.
