Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Master of Business Administration from a reputed ranked university will get priority.
Experience
12 to 15 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies
Additional Requirements
Minimum 12 to 15 years of field experience in a managerial role in the top 20 pharmaceuticals company.
Excellent communication skill in English.
Sound knowledge in computer application e.g., Microsoft Word & Excel.

Job Responsibilities:
The role involves strategic planning, team development, and ensuring effective execution of sales and marketing activities to achieve business targets.
Achieve zonal sales targets and ensure sustainable business growth.
Lead, supervise, and motivate Regional/Area Sales Managers and field force.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies in alignment with company objectives.
Monitor field performance through regular visits and provide coaching and guidance.
Ensure proper execution of promotional and marketing activities in the field.
Identify business opportunities and expand market coverage.
Maintain strong relationships with key doctors, hospitals, and stakeholders.
Coordinate with Marketing teams for effective field execution.
Ensure achievement of sales targets through effective planning and execution, maintain proper credit control, monitor team performance, and develop sustainable sales growth.
