Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for Zonal Manager, who will be responsible for driving sales and service excellence across their designated zone, which comprises multiple territories.

Responsibilities:

To achieve overall sales targets by directly managing one territory and overseeing the performance of Territory Sales Executives (TSEs) and Territory Sales and Service Officers (TSSOs) across the zone.
To be responsible for market development, client acquisition, and relationship building to expand the customer base and increase market share.
To ensure high standards of after-sales service by coordinating with technicians and managing warranty claims effectively.
To play a critical role in the successful onboarding of new dealers, aligning sales and service strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize operations.
To provide leadership, support, and strategic direction.
To contribute significantly to the company’s growth and customer satisfaction within their zone.
