Responsibilities & Context

Distribution / Sales related.

• Ensure QVI and monthly RV Sales Target.
• Team monitoring and Performance evaluation & corrective measures for poor performers.
• Ensure SIM activation target with primary & secondary commission. Stock lifting from the Operator and ensuring sales by the timeline.
• Regular basis DP & market visits and report the feedback.
• Performance evaluation & corrective measures for poor performers. Liaison with the operator zonal team.
• Ensure product is available at POS & Stock planning. Market development and gap findings & analysis.
• Ensure POSM visibility & Strike rate, C2S vs. C2C. Ensure PLBP is as per standard.
• POS expansion for business growth. Information sharing with the Operator on the Network status.
• DP wise full day office supervision (all DPs) by rotation. Works on all departmental compliance are in place and incident-free zone.
