Responsibilities & Context
- Determine yearly sales target by preparing zonal and area sales plan.
- Plan, organize and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly sales target.
- Use leadership techniques to motivate and develop people and lead the sales team to execute sales strategies and to achieve sales goal.
- Resolve sales related problems and maintain relation between relevant internal and external stakeholders.
- Analyze sales performance to understand the sales trends, sales strategies, market environment and competition.
- Develop strategic sales plan along to exploit potential regional markets in the consumer sector.
