  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the similar position (ZSM) and maximum 15 to 20 years of experience in reputed pharmaceutical company/ companies.
  • Willingness to travel at any places of Bangladesh to do field work and conduct different meetings.
  • Persuasive personality and excellent influencing & communication skills.
  • Expert user of Microsoft office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good analytical and presentation skill

To keep pace with our growth plan we are looking for the following positions of our Sales team.

Purpose:

Zonal Sales Manager plays the key role to achieve company’s objective, a Zonal Sales Manager should be smart, intelligent, bold, and knowledgeable, knows the fact of markets and have scientific knowledge, industry knowledge, clinical knowledge, market knowledge. He is responsible for team building and driving as well as managing a big team size, research business opportunities, identify sales points, and develop strategic plans and sales strategies. He is more responsible for the implementation of activities and ensuring profitability in the assigned Zone.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Sales Forecasting.
  • Responsible for achieving zonal sales objective through his/her Second Line Manager (RSM) and First Line Manager (ASM).
  • Should have played a key role for market research and analysis, market development, region mapping, region budget, plan and implementation of various strategies.
  • Manpower planning and maintain good attrition rate of the region.
  • Team control & development through PODC.KOL & KBL customer relationship management.
  • New product launch and ability to drive pre and post launch activities.
  • Feedback to reporting authorities regarding market develop and intelligence.
  • Keeping liaison with various customer associations and bodies etc.
  • Organizing various educational business development programs for the stake holders etc.
  • Responsible for cost center expense vs budget.
  • Implementation of activities and marketing strategies for sales & marketing team.
  • Coordinate with the field to study the behavior pattern of customers.
  • Cultivate a healthy working culture in the organization to ensure achievement to target revenue with focused brand objectives.
