Responsibilities & Context

Job Context

• We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated individual with a strong background in security guard operations, training, and recruitment.
• The Zone Commander will oversee day-to-day operations in assigned zones, ensuring quality service delivery and continuous recruitment and training of guards.

  Job Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise field operations within assigned zones.
• Recruit, select, and deploy suitable supervisors and security guards based on client requirements.
• Conduct security surveys at potential client locations and recommend tailored manpower/security plans.
• Monitor on-ground security operations and ensure quality service delivery.
• Conduct and lead training sessions for new and existing guards; regularly update training modules.
• Implement on-site job training and performance improvement initiatives.
• Inspect guard posts and create detailed inspection reports with follow-ups.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to collect feedback and address issues proactively.
• Provide monthly training and briefings to supervisors and guards on responsibilities, site conduct, and emergency protocols.
• Conduct periodic day/night site visits as per operational policy.
• Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective or disciplinary actions.
• Develop and execute marketing and recruitment strategies to increase business and staffing.
• Participate in company meetings, policy development, and expansion initiatives.
• Coordinate guard rosters, especially during festivals and national holidays.
• Represent the company professionally in client meetings and contract discussions (in both Bangla and English).
• Employment Status: Full-time
• Workplace: Based at the Head Office, with regular site visits as per operational requirements

  Educational Requirements

• Must be proficient in both Bangla and English

  Experience Requirements

• Minimum 5–7 years in a similar role
• Candidates must have experience in: Security Operations, Guard Training, Recruitment and Deployment

  Additional Requirements

• Age: 30 to 45 years
• Must have field-level experience in a reputed security company
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Must be capable of managing field teams independently
• Good command over spoken and written English
• Must have a valid motorcycle driving license and be confident in riding
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) is preferred
• Must own a smartphone with a functional camera
• Must be honest, disciplined, and open to working beyond regular hours if required
