- Proven experience in client service, relationship management, and marketing, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Excellent communication skills in both Bengali and English, with proficiency in official correspondence through email, WhatsApp, Microsoft Teams, and other business communication platforms.
Responsibilities & Context
- Operational expertise in security guard management, including deployment, handling, controlling, supervising, and monitoring field personnel and security operations to ensure efficient service delivery and compliance with company standards.
- Ability to respond effectively to emergencies and provide quick, practical, and viable solutions.
