Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival.
- Manage the check-in/check-out process efficiently.
- Handle reservations, room allocations, and guest inquiries.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest needs.
- Maintain accurate records, billing, and daily reports.
- Address and resolve guest concerns with a problem-solving attitude.
- Ensure the lobby and front desk areas are clean and guest-ready.
- Serve as the primary contact for guest needs and inquiries.
- Provide information about resort services, activities, and local attractions.
- Assist with luggage, room orientation, and special guest requests.
- Handle calls, emails, and messages efficiently.
- Work closely with the front office team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Proactively anticipate guest needs and offer appropriate solutions.
