Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day catering operations across multiple sites and event locations
• Plan, organize, and manage all catering services including menu planning, food preparation, delivery, and staff coordination
• Ensure all food and beverage items are prepared and served according to company standards
• Coordinate with chefs, kitchen staff, logistics, and service teams
• Maintain cost control and manage budgets for catering events
• Uphold food safety, hygiene, and quality standards
• Liaise with clients to customize menus and ensure high levels of satisfaction
• Lead, train, and motivate catering teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Manage inventory, procurement, and supplier relationships
