Responsibilities:

Manage the procurement of food ingredients, kitchen supplies, and catering essentials.
Source high-quality ingredients at the best prices while maintaining budget control.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms with suppliers.
Ensure timely procurement to meet restaurant and catering demands.
Monitor inventory levels and minimize wastage.
Conduct market research to identify cost-saving opportunities and new suppliers.
Ensure all purchased items meet food safety and quality standards.
