Responsibilities & Context
- Market Development & Create new dealers.
- Guide and cooperate the sales and marketing team. Maintain good relationship with dealers.
- Develop new clients and maintain cordial relationship with the existing clients.
- Identify training needs and organize training for farmers /customers to increase awareness of the company
- Observe the condition of the business as well as of the company
- Drive the sales and marketing team to develop appropriate promotional strategies and ensure effective implementation
- Within the fixed time frame and approved budgets.
- Fulfill sales targets.
