Responsibilities & Context
Organize and meet the production schedule instructed by the plant head.
Monitoring the operation of kiln as well as the quality of the product.
Check line samples hourly to maintain quality.
Giving enforce to the team members for perform well and try to avoid break downs.
Ensure safety of the people related section.
Develop & Implement Kiln Operation Process & set parameters properly.
Analyze if any critical problem arises communicate with plant head.
Practice to wear protection equipment to avoid accident.
Understand human behavior at the working place and take necessary steps if any bad incident occurs.
