- Experience: Fresher.
- Skills & Expertise: Good communication skills in both Bengali & English language, MS Office (specially MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook & MS PowerPoint), Well mannered.
- Candidates with own bike are preferable.
Responsibilities & Context
- As a Sales Executive, your role is pivotal in driving the growth of our business by acquiring new customers and maintaining strong relationships with existing ones. You will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, engaging with potential clients to showcase our services and address their needs effectively.
- Your responsibilities encompass the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and initial contact to final closure and handover to the operations team. It’s essential to maintain clear and consistent communication with both customers and internal teams to ensure a seamless experience and timely resolution of any issues that may arise.
- By diligently following up on leads, providing accurate information, and addressing customer concerns promptly, you will not only contribute to the achievement of sales targets but also enhance our reputation for reliability and customer satisfaction.
- Your proactive approach, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate across teams will be instrumental in driving success in this role. We trust you to represent our company professionally and uphold our commitment to delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential customers to promote our services.
- Initiate contact via phone calls and emails to introduce our company and schedule visits.
- Conduct meetings with prospective clients to discuss our services and address their inquiries.
- Gather detailed information about the customer’s requirements and inquiries.
- Share comprehensive company details, including offerings and benefits, with potential clients.
- Collaborate with the office team to compile customer inquiries and ensure prompt responses.
- Prepare and send accurate quotations to customers based on their requirements.
- Follow up to ensure timely receipt and address any clarification needed.
- Maintain regular communication with customers to progress towards closing deals.
- Address any concerns or objections raised by the customer and provide necessary assistance.
- Upon successful closure, transfer all relevant details to the operations team for execution.
- Ensure smooth transition and provide necessary information for implementation.
- Act as a liaison between customers and the operations team in case of any complaints or issues.
- Follow up with the operations team to expedite the resolution process and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit weekly visit reports detailing customer interactions and progress.
- Provide monthly sales reports to the reporting supervisor for performance evaluation.
- Collaborate with the supervisor to plan future visits and set targets for the upcoming weeks/months.
