Education

- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Food & Nutrition
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Food Science & Technology
- Candidates from Public Universities will get preference.
Experience
- At most 1 year
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread)
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements
- Basic understanding of laboratory testing procedures and equipment.
- Strong observation, analytical, and reporting skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced factory environment.
- Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and ISO 22000 standards (preferable).
- Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel).
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the sampling and testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
- Support daily inspection and quality monitoring during production and packaging operations.
- Conduct routine laboratory tests (physical, chemical, and microbiological) under the supervision of a QC Officer.
- Maintain accurate records of test data and quality documentation.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
- Report any non-conformities or deviations to senior QC personnel.
- Ensure proper hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in the QC laboratory and production areas.
- Assist in the implementation of GMP, HACCP, and ISO standards.
