Requirements
Education
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Microbiology
- M. Sc in Microbiology from any reputed University.
Experience
- 2 to 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Food (Packaged)/Beverage
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements
- Age At most 40 years
- Two years in any Microbiological Lab/ Food & Beverage products will be preferable.
Responsibilities & Context
- To Conduct the Microbiological tests of different parameters related with Food and Beverage Products.
- Record keeping and reporting as per ISO standards.
- To ensure safe Food and Beverage, monitoring personnel hygiene test.To ensure random sampling from different areas of the production process as per ISO standards.
- To ensure the recording, analyzing and interpreting data as per SOP.Ensuring safe and healthy food production as standard in all processing steps.
- Ensure regular Inspection of sugar Manufacturing process and to prevent possible Microbial contamination in any place of production line to be checked.
- All analytical works in Microbial laboratory to be done as per ISO- 22000:2005 and FSSC 22000 Standard.
- Daily / Weekly / Monthly -Any analytical reports to be submitted to QC Manager and Chief chemist and carry out any assignment given by the Senior Management when required.
