Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and highly organized Academic Coordinator to oversee the implementation and development of the Cambridge International Curriculum (GP To O & A Levels). The ideal candidate will play a central role in curriculum planning, teacher training, academic supervision, and quality assurance, while ensuring alignment with Islamic values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, implement, and monitor the Cambridge curriculum across all levels.
- Supervise lesson planning, assessments, and teaching methodologies.
- Provide academic leadership and professional development for teachers.
- Coordinate with the examination board and ensure compliance with Cambridge standards.
- Evaluate student performance data and improve academic outcomes.
- Promote an Islamic learning environment in coordination with subject and Islamic studies teachers.
- Maintain strong communication with school leadership, teachers, and parents.
