Responsibilities & Context
- Develop and execute regional sales plans to achieve volume and revenue targets.
- Identify and explore new business opportunities and markets to increase brand presence.
- Manage and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
- Drive sales growth through channel partners and retail outlets.
- Appoint, develop, and manage distributors and channel partners to optimize coverage.
- Analyze sales performance and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, retailers, and business stakeholders.
- Drive credit control measures to minimize outstanding payments and bad debts.
- Conduct regular sales reviews and provide coaching to optimize team output.
