Responsibilities & Context
Accenture Footwear and Leather Products Ltd., a trusted exporter of premium leather bags, belts, and wallets, is looking for a Quality Manager to lead production quality improvement and quality control operations. The role includes:
- Lead the QA/QC team and implement effective quality systems.
- Ensure product quality meets buyer standards and specifications.
- Preference for candidates experienced in FCCA, QAFA, and buyer audits.
- Conduct inspections, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
- Train and guide the QA team to maintain consistent product quality.
- Maintain quality reports and documentation for management and buyers.
