Minimum SSC Passed.

Experience

- At least 1 year

The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

Additional Requirements

Age At most 35 years

Basic English Language Skills.
Computer skill is required, preferably in M.S Office basic.
Self-motivated, adaptable, team player and passion for social development works.
Ability and willingness to travel.Willingness to transfer at any place where UCEP has its activities.
The age limit for the applicant would be maximum 35 years. Management has the right to make exceptions based on qualifications.

Responsibilities & Context

Nature of Job: Project Staff

Job Location: UCEP Dhaka North (Mirpur-Dhaka), UCEP Dhaka South(Jatrabari-Dhaka) and UCEP Gazipur Region.

Job Purpose: To perform general duties like carrying messages, letters etc., general cleaning, photocopying etc. and to assist other staff of the component & carry out day to day ancillary work in line with UCEP Bangladesh’s values, vision, mission, goals and relevant country laws.

Job Responsibilities:

To contribute implementing UCEP Bangladesh’s values, vision, mission and goals, and development of future strategy documents as needed.
To assist in procurement.
To ensure file management of the office.
To assist in arranging meetings and events.
To provide support in hosting visits
To dispatch/collect documents/goods as per requirement.
To receive goods and materials.
To assist in data entry.
To help in external communication.
To supervise cleaning services.
To help in documentation including photography.
To assist in travel management.
To help in repair and maintenance of the premise and equipment.
To help in digitizing documents.
To maintain Fixed Asset list and check regularly.
To process bills and claims.
Promote and contribute to ongoing efforts towards gender equity, child protection, inclusiveness, accessibility and discrimination free environment in the workplace and operations/activities/plans.
To maintain strict confidentiality of information, documents and other internal and external communications.
To carry out any other relevant tasks assigned by the authority as and when necessary.
