Education
- Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)
Experience
- At least 5 years

Additional Requirements
- Age At least 30 years
- MBBS or MS with MPH in relevant discipline from a reputed University.
- Experience in data analysis will be given preference.
Responsibilities & Context
1. QUALITY INITIATIVES:
- Collect and analyze data, and present the results in the form of graphs, charts, diagrams, tables and reports and to take effective measures in terms of continuous quality improvement.
- Assist in conducting Risk assessment and plan for mitigation.
- Assist in root cause analysis for reported Incidents and guide in process improvement
- Assist in Clinical Audit program
- Help to formulate and manage the development and implementation of quality plan, goals, objectives, policies, procedures and systems pertaining to the quality assurance and regulatory functions in compliance with quality system requirements for all processes and services.
- Assist in managing and maintaining EHD’s internal quality assurance program and assess improvement initiatives resulting from all Quality Audits – internal and external.
- Effectively interact with service and development teams to improve service delivery and help introduce new services.
- Manage and conduct training of all EHD personnel in the requirements, documentation and maintenance of the corporate Quality System.
- Clarification, Validation and Investigation of Comments made on Feedback
- Take part in various Quality Surveys, engagement programs and Audits as deemed necessary
2. TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT:
- Assist in designing, development, implementation and evaluation of a complete training process and conduct training to meet the needs of the Quality and JCIA issues in conjunction with other departments.
- Manage and conduct training of all EHD personnel in the requirements, documentation and maintenance of the Quality System. Produce training materials and manuals.
- Use Information Technology to produce training materials and manuals
3. OTHER TASKS:
- To work and coordinate with various departments of the hospital and outside organizations related to quality issues whenever required under the direct supervision of Head of Quality.
- To provide information reports to the other QI team members so that information is available for informed decision – making.
- Ready to accept any change of management decision regarding the above job responsibilities.
