Plan and execute diverse events ranging from promotional campaigns to entertainment shows within Jamuna Future Park Shopping Mall.
Develop event concepts, themes, and budgets in alignment with the mall’s marketing and branding strategies.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote events and attract attendees through various channels, such as social media, email campaigns, and advertising.
Manage event timelines, schedules, and resources effectively to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality experiences.
Liaise with clients, sponsors, and partners to understand their event objectives and tailor event solutions to meet their needs.
Oversee onsite event operations, including staff supervision, guest management, and troubleshooting any issues or emergencies.
Conduct post-event evaluations, gather feedback, and analyze data to measure event success and identify areas for improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging event technologies, and best practices to enhance event strategies and execution.
Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure seamless event logistics, including venue setup, audiovisual requirements, and guest accommodations.·
Foster a positive work environment, mentor team members, and contribute to the overall success and reputation of Jamuna Future Park Shopping Mall as a premier event destination.
