Requirements
Education
- B.Sc. in Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE), Textile Engineering, Apparel Engineering, or related discipline.Training in Industrial Engineering, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, or Productivity Improvement preferred.
Experience

Age At least 25 years2–4 years of hands-on experience in a similar IE role within the RMG industry.Strong understanding of low-SMV production systems and line management.Proficiency in IE tools and data-driven performance analysis.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple production lines efficiently.To know the Cutting, Sewing, Finishing Operation.Solid team collaboration and communication skills.
Responsibilities & Context
- Conduct time study, motion study, and method analysis for production processes.
- Prepare operation breakdown, SMV calculation, and production layout planning.
- Support line balancing and manpower allocation activities to improve productivity.
- Monitor production efficiency, capacity utilization, and line performance regularly.
- Identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Planning, and Maintenance teams for operational improvement.
- Analyze production data and prepare IE reports and MIS updates.
- Support style changeover and production line setup activities.
- Monitor machine utilization and operational workflow efficiency.
- Ensure implementation of lean manufacturing tools such as 5S, Kaizen, and waste reduction initiatives.
- Conduct capacity planning and target setting based on production requirements.
- Assist in productivity improvement projects and continuous improvement programs.
- Maintain IE documentation, process records, and operational analysis reports.
- Support operator training regarding method improvement and process standardization.
- Ensure compliance with operational SOPs and process standards.
