- Bachelor/Honors
- Graduate Degree (Biological Science up to SSC level)
- Minimum GPA 2.5 in SSC, HSC & Graduate level (No 3rd division or equivalent)

- Age At most 33 years
- Excellent communication skills both in English and Bengali
- The willingness to work anywhere in Bangladesh
