Requirements
Education
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry, Environmental Science
- Professional certifications in compliance, sustainability, or audit (preferred but not mandatory)
Experience
- 2 to 4 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments
Additional Requirements
- Age 30 to 32 years
- Ability to coordinate with buyers, auditors, and compliance agencies effectively.
- Strong communication and training facilitation skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety legislation and environmental management systems.
Responsibilities & Context
- Assist in managing all compliance-related issues on a daily basis, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Support audit and compliance-related meetings and training sessions.
- Prepare documents, reports, and related files in line with company standards.
- Provide assistance to senior management in implementing health and safety legislation.
- Coordinate with different buyers, including Walmart, Target USA, Tesco, K-Mart, and Target Australia, ensuring compliance with buyer-specific requirements.
- Work with RSC, Nirapon and manage Nirapon 90 days’ reporting system.
- Oversee sustainability and compliance programs, including Sedex, Higg Index, SLCP, GHG and Air Emission, Energy, Waste, and Chemical Management Systems.
