Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management

Experience

    • 2 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Plastic/ Polymer Industry, Manufacturing (FMCG)

Additional Requirements

  • Age 22 to 30 years
  • Knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Report preparation and documentation.
  • MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint proficiency.

Responsibilities & Context

The HR Executive is responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, payroll, attendance, training coordination, employee documentation, official communication, and administrative compliance across multiple units. The role ensures smooth HR processes, accurate record-keeping, effective internal communication, and policy compliance through ERP and manual systems.

Recruitment & Selection

  • Assist in manpower planning and recruitment activities.
  • Post job advertisements on various platforms.
  • Screen CVs and shortlist candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews and assessments.
  • Prepare offer letters and appointment letters.
  • Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs.

Employee Records Management

  • Maintain employee personal files and records.
  • Update employee database and HRIS/ERP records.
  • Manage joining, transfer, promotion, and separation documents.
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance.

Attendance & Leave Management

  • Monitor employee attendance and punctuality.
  • Maintain leave records and balances.
  • Process leave applications and approvals.
  • Coordinate attendance reports for payroll processing.

Payroll Support

  • Assist in monthly payroll preparation.
  • Verify attendance, overtime, and leave data.
  • Support salary disbursement activities.
  • Maintain payroll-related records and reports.

Employee Relations

  • Address employee queries and concerns.
  • Assist in resolving workplace issues.
  • Support employee engagement activities.
  • Coordinate employee welfare programs

Training & Development

  • Coordinate training programs and workshops.
  • Maintain training records and attendance.
  • Collect training feedback and evaluation reports.

Administrative Support (if applicable)

  • Support office administration activities.
  • Coordinate employee ID cards, access cards, and official documents.
  • Assist in organizing company events and meetings.
