Requirements
Education
- Bachelor/Honors
- Graduation/post-graduation, preferably in a business-related discipline, from any recognized (UGC Approved) public/private university with no Third Class/Division
Experience
- At least 5 years
Additional Requirements
- Age 40 to 40 years
- Minimum 05 years of experience in any reputed bank preferably with 02 years of experience in similar role with excellent client base for SME & Retail Business
- Experience of working in a centralized process and real time on-line banking environment is preferable
- Strong knowledge of Branch Operations, General Banking, Lending Operations & Credit Management, and Foreign Trade Operations is required
- Excellent business communication skills with effective sales acumen and strong interpersonal relationship
- Sufficient skills to operate Microsoft Office Applications/Banking software

Key Responsibilities
- Managing Sub-Branch portfolio and achieving business target by accelerating the business growth in terms of Asset and Liability
- Emphasizing & attaining individual and Sub-Branch targets
- Lead & manage overall operations of the sub-branch efficiently
- Identify local business opportunities and develop new customer relationship
- Collaborating with the affiliated Branch for smooth functioning and achieving business goals
- Mobilizing deposits from the locality through campaign activation
- Ensuring better customer services through smooth functioning of daily banking operation/ services
- Managing & supervising the entire affairs of the branch and participating in community activities to ensure bank’s presence & visibility in the locality with the view to widen the scope of business
- Ensuring effective process, regulatory compliance and controls for preventing money laundering in line with regulatory requirements
